1. Daubers must be used for all games.
2. All players must have a minimum purchase package to play specials
and jackpots, except in specified Bingo's.
3. The numbers called are the only valid numbers for a Bingo.
a) In the event that the number is miscalled, the actual number
on the ball and not the called number shall be the official number for the game.
b) A number displayed on the screen is not valid until called.
4. Prize will be divided equally on multiple Bingo's.
5. Packs and specials must be played by the same player.
6. No one under the age of 18 years old is permitted to play or
participate in prize winnings.
7. It is the players responsibility to yell "Bingo" loud
enough for the caller to hear
and stop the game.
8. No refunds on specials purchased. It is the Players responsibility
to look after specials purchased.
9. The Golden Eagle retains the right to refuse admission.
10. Bingo only once per square card per game.
11. A player does not need to have the last number in order to
be declared a winner.
12. No claim of a player to have won a game shall be valid if made
after the game has been declared closed.
13. In cases of controversy, the decision of the Bingo Manager
is final, as per compliance of the Golden Eagle Rules of Play and
the Ontario Gaming Control Act of 1992
